SOMETHING'S SMOKIN' IN PRINCETON

The 4th annual Burning Down The Fox Bar-B-Q Championship is scheduled for August 28th and 29th, 2009. This years event is again sanctioned by the Kansas City BBQ Society (KCBS) and officially declared a State Championship by Governor Jim Doyle. The event will again be held at the Princeton Public School grounds. Community Health Network (CHN) is organizing the event as a fund raiser for the Princeton Public School.

The Perfect Summer Weekend!!!
The 2009 event is focused on Family and Community activities; obstackle course, climbing wall, 'punt, pass & kick' competition, along with great Bar-B-Q and live music. The event and activities will operate in conjunction with Wisconsin's largest outdoor flea market and Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show. For more information and times please visit our Schedule.

If you win “Grand Champion" of Burning Down The Fox you are eligible to compete in the invitation only world championship, the American Royale or the Jack Daniel's.

Great food, music, and pit masters from all around North America, this event will be the highlight of your summer.
