SOMETHING'S SMOKIN' IN PRINCETON


The Princeton Wisconsin Rotary Club is holding it's 4th annual competition Bar-B-Q Championship August 24th and 25th, 2007. This years event is again sanctioned by the Kansas City BBQ Society (KCBS) and also officially declared a State Championship by Governor Jim Doyle. The event will once again be held at the Princeton Public School grounds. The Rotary club is hosting the Championship as a fund raising event.

If you win “Grand Champion’ of "Burning Down The Fox" you are eligible to compete in the invitation only world championship, the American Royale or the Jack Daniel's.

Great food, music, and pit masters from all around North America, this event will be the highlight of your summer.
